Here at Proud Fox we are trying to master the marinade for our pork kebabs in anticipation for Lounge on The Farm next weekend.
For lunch today we deliberated over a marinade of
-fennel seed, cumin seed, olive oil, oregano and garlic
Delicious served with giant cous cous, (not as big as one may think) fresh dill yoghurt and a glass of prosecco on the beach…
We are also very excited to be able to offer a delicacy that is – Kentish Chorizo made by the country’s most glamorous butcher at the Black Pig butchers in Kingsdown.
Find us in the Meadow Field at Lounge and get your chorizo in a flat bread wrap, or with a tasty Moroccan tagine.
Preparation is well under way for the Proud Fox culinary invasion at Lounge on the Farm next month! We are currently sourcing delectable treats for the hungry hoards. We are happy to be part of a festival that promotes good food and our wonderful Kentish produce.
